Service accounts (Active Directory)

Create an AD account to use with a device/resource/non-human. Please call the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000, option 1, to open a service request ticket.

Shared folder request (S: Drive)

Users can request a folder to share with others on the S: drive. Please call the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000, option 1, to open a service request ticket. 

Delegated OU (Active Directory)

IT departments can request their own Organizational Unit in AD. Please call the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000, option 1, to open a service request ticket. 

DNS entry update (U of U internal only)

Internal DNS updating, not to be shared/linked outside utah.edu. Please call the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000, option 1, to open a service request ticket.
